home ceragem theraphy - plodding on

yesterday and all day today, so far(3.07pm) the muscles pain in my affected leg was pretty intense. did not stop my walking or ceragem theraphy.,i plodded on and now only the evening session is left , starting at 4 p.m. could not do my last walking session due to the rain. i am in severe pain now and my body feels like the onset of a fever. nothing better than to look forward to a good night's sleep, inshaallah
