widening the goalposts -bumiputra first

when race-based progression stumps merit-based progression, the preferred race becomes docile, lazy , pampered and ignorant, giving rise to a class of bumiputra contractors, who are reliant on government handout jobs and thus remain stunted and backward whilst the non-bumiputras had to use all their wit and intellect in securing non governmental works where the demands and rewards are many fold beneficial as compared to government works where corruption and inefficiencies are the norm. thus the first first unintended consequence is giving rise to a class of incompetents- so much for nation-building the UMNO way. how do you regulate what is a bumiputra company???, just documentation, which are easily falsified. give a bit of allowance to a malay or a bottle of whiskey to the indigenous sarawakans and sabahans and voila you have bumiputra directors and shareholders. the non bumiputras just use their god given brain to work smarter whilst the bumiputras are lulled by this very false patronage - and election after election these morons are voted in. pathetic!!! when i was in the Royal Military College, Sanusi Junid caMe to give a lecture, the gist of which is that the malay brain is the most expensive in the world as it is hardly used. i beg to differ, it is the UMNO MALAY BRAIN, not the malay brain. documentation - one year ago i met a chinaman who offered to come out with any documentation required, bank statements, audited accounts, etc.anything can be falsified in this internet age, yet our UMNO government bureaucrats still rely on documentation, piecies of worthless paper. see what is meant of brain not used.
