SSP Walking teraphy

after my last SSP Walking teraphy yesterday, as i was lying on the bed , then i had an aching feeling right across my shoulder blades, that lasted all night, it was not painful, just an aching sensation that seems to hover but never go away., inshaallah this could be a great sign but otherwise there is no other discernable progress. thus patience and perseverance with the SSP Walking teraphy every day onwards
