home ceragem theraphy - plodding on

i haven't posted for a while as i have been busy starting a new business and now have an office at home. i am going to go into the logistics business primarily offering services to sme/smi where i feel there is a huge vacuum. inshaallah, we should be up and running by feb.2011. in the meantime , my walking and ceragem teraphy is proceeding per normal and there was an incremental improvement today when my rump starts to twitch. the same sort of twitching that started at the foot around 2 years ago. interestingly there is a lot more feel of the muscles at my shoulder blade. so onwards i shall plod on.
