home ceragem theraphy - almost there

early yesterday evening,alhamdulillah, i did a very enjoyable amble to my youngest sons room, man, it felt like before and typically i expected a lot this morning. unfortunately, a more than generous morning downpour dampened my ebullience.later on, walking around in the house has now resulted in very uncomfortable tense muscles. something is brewing, now at the muscles in midbody, so onward i shall plod on.inshaalaah, some incremental improvement should be forthcoming.
