alhamdulillah, a major improvement today, i just have to be vigilant and careful as there are times when the next step taken leads to a total collapse of the structural integrity of my leg resulting in crumbling ala ragdoll.alhamdulillah, todate, there has been no serious injury. but cannot take any more chances in future.
