last night, i had a most satisfying massage session, no, no!!! not the hanky-panky type and neither the MELAYU Type with the mandi limau or bunga, just a straightforward pressing of the flesh, a 2 hour session that is overdue. this morning walking teraphy was good and i was on the sofa in the cafe by 6.52am.where normally it was past 7.00a.m. before i park m butt there. alhamdulillah, things are looking up.so now my recovery programme consists of :-
a. 3 40 minutes ceragem teraphy session a day.
b. supplements of vitamins b, c and cardipirin.
c. early morning walking teraphy of around 30minutes.
d. regular sleep at night and afternoon siesta of around 1 hour.
e. good food, mainly fish.
f. keep mind busy from 9am to 5pm and 3am to 6am.
g. twice massage sessions per week.
h. constant and regular supplications to allah for he is the almighty
