home ceragem theraphy - plodding on

at the beginning of my walking teraphy today, at the porch, i crumbled like a rag. alhamdulillah, i just fell onto the concrete pavement and thankfully did not strike any blunt object. i got up, proceeded to walk again and then around twenty feet past the inner gate, i wobbled but managed to maintain my upright posture, then i continued the walking teraphy till the cafe, alhamdulillah. so, it could still be a long way. but, onward i shall plod on.this is much more interesting than just lying down, like this afternoon. generally, alhamdulillah, i am still alive
