how wonderful is the human body, truly it is a perfect machine perfected by allah. several times in my walking today, i could discern some additional progress. looks like the muscles around my lower limb right up to the ankle had hardened and lost it's elasticity as a result of the stroke. now that the rigid feeling have morphed into some semblance of plasticity, just maybe, continued walking theraphy will further improve the spring, inshaallah. finished 3 sessions already , waiting for fourth to make it 138 in total, 4pm to be on the blessed ceragem .
