no posting yesterday as busy day with visitors, 4 sessions yesterday and 4 more today, thats 62 1/2 in total. mentally, i feel good, physically, there should have been some miniscule improvement. am excited as to what 3 months of this ceragem theraphy will do for me. could i walk like before???. or is this going to be just another disappointment,
considering the way things have evolved so far, i can only look on the bright side i.e. things can only get better, i reached the pits, the absolute bottom, and have a mountain to climb, but what a view if i reached there, inshaallah, alhamdullilah, allahuakbar.
