done the 4 sessions today, making it 139 to date. when going for my ablution for asar, for a moment, my walking seems like normal, alas, the muscles and nerves are slowly normalising, need to train them on a very regular basis, so walking exercise must continue till matters really normalise.a very restless day today, flitted between reading"no hard feelings by ismail kassim, working on my computer and trying to sleep. damn the government meteorologists who said that by now the hot and humid weather should be over. don't be surprised if very soon there are requests for more advanced equipments by the meteorological dept. thats it, the malaysian way, blame the equipment not one's ineptitude. ahhhh, some things never ever change.life goes on, reading INGAT MAUT, scares the bejezus out of me. it shouldn't have, thats what loneliness drives you to . subhanallah, alhamdulillah, allahuakbar.
