4 today, 84 1/2 in total. i feel good even though there is no significant improvement. could it be due to the fact that in this battle, my mother, sisters jamaliah, rosnah and brother khairul are solidly behind me and cheering me on, ,alhamdulillah. my wife??? don't know where!!!!wallahualam
