obama started it. here in malaysia , 2 corporate giants (petronas and sime darby), saw changes at the very top, each in differing circumstances, a voluntary resignation and asked to leave (what does it mean???). both the departed were NEP babies who reached the very top of their profession. i do believe that the careers of both would make a very very interesting study of the success of the soon to be dead NEP with regards to the issue of human capital. any budding anthropologist out there???. perhaps another latent wannabe professor( how comical that there are now so many of them) in our IPTA'S?????
