aquaponcs - bawang

i read somewhere that we are importing millions of ringgit of bawang per year. after my experience with aquaponics and bawang growing to-date, i can't understand why there is no concerted effort to mass produce bawang in this country. i am confident, inshaallah, that given a million ringit, i can mass produce all the bawang we need via aquaponic.maybe the government would not be interested as there is no mega project with mega commissions) to handout.
