with 4 today, it is now 260 in total, and beyond any doubt, this ceragem theraphy helps the recovery , my walking has improved although not to the level it once was, but where once i was cautious and scared of falling down, now i just step forward. that took 3 months, tomorrow, inshaallah a prolonged theraphy may bring more improvement. that is something to look forward to.i must caution readers out there that 4 other elements, exercise, good food, supplements and loving care from family members are essential elements for this ceragem theraphy to be effective.

4 again today, 256 total, discernible muscles tauting around the knee at the moment in early evening. i walked to the gate again today , successfully, inshaallah, i am quietly confident that if i can maintain this routine in the next 1 month, there should be some noticeable improvements in walking.
don't you think that what happens in sibu is great???. lets now see whether the PR can make another quantum leap.i have always thought that DAP and PAS are the true genuine opposition. PKR is just made up of too many UMNO discards.so, either DAP or PAS should take the lead in the pakatan, thats my opinion.

great news this morning on the defeat of bn in sibu, i walked right to the front gate buoyed by this great news, but then had to remind myself to cool down. see, i felt the same when pak lah released anwar ibrahim, only to be disappointed by his very mediocre performance to date. the dawning of a revitalised malaysia , just like my disability, might have to wait a bit longer, for its recovery, inshaallah

aquaponcs - bawang

i read somewhere that we are importing millions of ringgit of bawang per year. after my experience with aquaponics and bawang growing to-date, i can't understand why there is no concerted effort to mass produce bawang in this country. i am confident, inshaallah, that given a million ringit, i can mass produce all the bawang we need via aquaponic.maybe the government would not be interested as there is no mega project with mega commissions) to handout.

obama started it. here in malaysia , 2 corporate giants (petronas and sime darby), saw changes at the very top, each in differing circumstances, a voluntary resignation and asked to leave (what does it mean???). both the departed were NEP babies who reached the very top of their profession. i do believe that the careers of both would make a very very interesting study of the success of the soon to be dead NEP with regards to the issue of human capital. any budding anthropologist out there???. perhaps another latent wannabe professor( how comical that there are now so many of them) in our IPTA'S?????

aquaponics

my watermelon, chili's, onions, bayam and kangkong are doing very well. not too sure about my worms and tilapia though as difficult to view them. but, i am totally and utterly convinced that aquaponics is the answer to the future of the world's food supply, everybody and anyone can grow their own vegetables and rear fish in their backyard at minimal costs. imagine not going to the pasar mini /borong/ supermarket for herbs, vegies, fruits and fish anymore, all available at your backyard at minimal costs. no need to store in the fridge or freezer, just pluck from your backyard???. great !!!!, wouldn't it be ???. this is the answer to our food sustainability!!!

4 yesterday, 4today , 231 total, the muscles pain turn out to be a prelude to some sort of thigh and hip muscles activity which flared last night into some jerking of the leg. further pain today, would it happen again tonight???, inshaallah, i hope so, as i believe it is a sign of good things coming

4 yesterday and today, 309 total. alhamdulillah, walking going great guns, inshaallah, soon. affected leg aching all,over especially at the joints, but alhamdulillah, after a good nights sleep, i am all perkedup for the days walking, so walking , aching, ceragem , thats the routine.till i can walk again, inshaallah.
am avoiding shah alam, don't want to be shot at, puchong/pulau meranti is much safer. i meant to write yesterday about tengku's superb nasi beryani, see beryani gam is one of my favourite, reminds me of my schooldays during maulud nabi, eating beryani at the mosque, the pleasure of discovering the meat and eggs amongst the beryani rice, usually at the bottom, and then peeling off the meat fibre by fibre. makes me hungry now.

4 again today. 301 totAL, HAD A VERY BIG LUNch at my youngest sister(maiyah) house, all my favourite food, asam pedas, pisang masak lemak,gado-gado,ikan kering. had lots of it. makanlah selagi masih boleh!!!!. walking incrementally better, should be 3 months sometime on the 20th of this month, interesting to see what the next 18 days will bring. on my part , i am yakin things will get better, but more interesting to me would be " how allah would unveil HIS berkat.inshaallah,subhanallah, alhamdulillah allahuakbar

another 4 , 297 total, had diarrohea the night before and am walking with more confidence, attended tengku mohamad's daughter wedding in country heights. wow, the crowd, tengku must be the penghulu there. a very nice and great guy, wonderful wife too. and azuddin there too, all in all , a great day yesterday , tiring though, body aching all over, remember queen !!!!.
