SSP Walking teraphy

alhamdulillah, at long last, the tingling has reached my arm, albeit only for a very short period. it all started after break of fast and as i lay on the bed after doing wudhu suddenly there was instant pain at the knee and the hip, which after a while subnsided and translatwed into the tingling sensation. thus continue with my SSP Walking teraphy and inshaallah one day it will be a prolonged tingling on my affected arm signalling its return to function..
