yet another busy day, alhamdulillah. my plan to get myself preoccupied with work is working. very excited about my appointment for an ayurvedic teraphy tomorow. both ceragem and walking teraphy going ok, in fact, i had a major spasm in the leg whilst resting this afternoon.
