alhamdulillah, my ceragem and walking teraphy proceeding as planned. major activity currently in the muscles at the upper thigh, it's been straining since lunchtime. could it lead to a more improved walking tomorrow, inshaallah, i certainly hopes so as i have never before felt this kind of strain of these muscles before.
