regulation 4 again, total 289, yesterdays improvement, although not a great leap forward, is still substantial, alhamdulillah, expect tomorrow's walking to be incrementally easier, inshaallah.

on the bright side, more walking exercise for me. whatever allah deems, mine is to follow.

5 today, 262 total. when my son ihsan, asked as to what will happen to kassim, it sets me thinking on this issue and the question was " what would be the humanitaRIAN WAY TO HANDLE THIS ISSUE???. the police, after i believe, establising that no money was to be made in this case, very quickly bundled him to the immigration dept. what would the immigration dept do ????put him in a detention centre ?? or immediately repatriate him????i believe the first thing to do is to try to establish whether he is a threat, if yes , then repatriate, if not, the sensible thing would be to put him to good use, say hand him to my custody and i stand guarantor to ensure that he complies with all our rules and regulations asap. this way everybody is happy, the police have done their job, i get him off the hands of the immigration dept, they don't have to bother accomodating and feeding or repatriating him. kassim would be happy to be free and i would have kassim to help me around here. the spanner in the works is the fact that money have to be paid to agents to get his work permit. this is the stinker in this whole endeavour, the fact that malaysians has to pay exorbitant sums to agents with the right immigration dept connections , in order to secure services of foreign workers. why cant work permits be granted based on a nominal fee??? why has it got to be a scheme of enriching a few favoured agents???thats what this has become. a get rich scheme for a favoured few instead of plugging the nations artificial manpower shortage, and becoming a strenous overhead to employers adding to the cost of doing business.

4 ONLY YESTERDAY, MAKING IT 257 IN TOTAL. ONLY 4 AS i was called to bailout an ex bangladeshi employee, kassim, who got himself arrested, passport expired, nothing much i can do in my condition, but i went to the police station as i feel i owe something to this guy as he had always been available to help me out.he is a very hardworking person, will do anything for me and had self-improved his employability , rising from a mere labourer to supervisor and now employed by a new zealand company to singlehandedly perform hydrotesting services. i pray that allah will provide him relief in some way.

5 today again, now 253, slight nudging of the affected hand today, could it be the beginning of some use???, inshaallah. walking ok,need to add walking to the front gate to the routine tomorrow, get the feet use to walking on uneven crusher run pebbles, hopefully after a month, walking over them will become routine.2 months now since my home ceragem theraphy,will soldier on with allah's blessing

5 todAY, 248 TOTAL, NOT MUCH OF A QUANTUM LEAP IN MY WALKING, IT SEEMS, IT IS GOING TO TAKE A BIT LONGER, BUT AS BILL BRYSON SAYS , SO LONG AS WE ARE ALIVE AND ABLE TO EAT, SYUKUR ALHAMDULILLAH. THE HULU SELANGOR BY-ELECTION AMPLY DEMONSTRATES TO US ALL WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP OUR POLITICIANS ARE, NO OTHER ISSUE EXCEPT WHETHER ONE OF THE CANDIDATE IS OR WAS A DRINKER. MAKES ME PUKE!!!! i would advise that the voters vote for parti cap teko emas!!!

5 again today, 243 total. tough day today, but at the end of it, just a few minutes ago, my walking could have made a quantum leap. we will know better tomorrow, currently my affected leg is aching badly

5 yesterday, 4 today so far, total 233. strange day today, woke up 20 minutes late after suboh and could not feel anything in the bottom half of my affected leg, proceeded to walk and reach the cafe per normal, a few more of the watermelons are dead, had breakfast and continue with my ceragem theraphy. what does all this mean???, are things sliding backward or have the muscles in the bottom half reached a plateau of aching and now just needs more conditioning???, i certainly hope so, inshaallah. no wonder there is the qada and qadar, there is only so much we can explain via logical thinking, many are there things that are in allah's realm only.i surrender to allah,whatever allah deems and arranged for me must be for my own good, allhuakbar !!!

home ceragem theraphy - a great leap forward

5 yesterday and 5 today, 220 in total, a great leap forward this morning, although not there yet, the spring now extends from the toe to the hip. need to extend it to the tip of the thumb of the affected hand and then condition this entire seamless connection, toe to tip, to function like before. inshaallah. had a very pleasant visitor today, tan sri aziz zain, my father -in-law elder brother. he is now 87, infirmed like me but brain still razor sharp, alhamdulillah

no discernable progress today, 5 sessions, 205 in total, it has been approx. 50 days of continued theraphy. onward i shall continue.

6 sessions today to reach the 200 mark. walking easier again, daily by minute increments but i have the feeling that it is inevitable, only a question of how much longer, inshaallah.more itchiness in the affected left hand

yesterday we had 3 inmates from the dengkil pusat serenti here to cut the grass in our compound. it's suppose to be a 2 day job, but they did not turned up today. just perhaps they already got their high on GRASS yesterday, witty ain't it ???

did not pay attention to the khutbah today, arrived at the mosque a bit late.

a good book - anna karenin

am totally engrossed in reading anna karenin now. i have had this book for more than 10 years but never before had the stamina to finish it. some say it's the worlds greatest novel. maybe, must say i am totally smitten with it. shades of my life in this story re the wayward wife and suffering husband. how will it end???. should know by end of this week when i finish reading it, inshaallah. why oh why, didn't i read it before, could have greatly helped me in my travails

yesterday morning,after my breakfast and with nothing much to do prior to the first ceragem session, something urge me to walk around and view the progress of my plants.in that process , the bottom part of my foot was gaily springing.which then led me to try to replicate that springing action all day. this might just be the key to another level of improvement of my walking as it felt good, alhamdulillah, inshaallah, did 5 sessions whilst the mind was ecstatic. walking articles in the internet do urge one to walk on the balls of the toe. could it be ????

today, being friday,i pushed extra hard in my walking, and by early evening i have the sensation that all the relevant criterias are there for a smooth walk, just need to prime and train the muscles more, ya allah, when will it be???. sabar , inshaallah 91 more days, it has been almost 5 years, what is 91 days. friday sermon , again more bigotry, this time about islamic banking, riba, what exactly is riba???, need to read up on this tonight.when will they ever learn???
4 as usual today, now 160, this must make boring reading, just bear with me, this is for my recordkeeping.who knows??, it might help someone else some other day.
