alhamdulillah, just completed the 34th.session , all within a week. the pain in the tongue has abated. walking is slightly easier. hand, still nothing. inshaallah , it should come soon, now putting the external projector right under my shoulder on the left side. hopefully, 1 week of and 30 sessions of this will spur the long forgeten muscles to wake-up, inshaallah
