had violent spasm of my face , affected leg and hand, for around 10 secs last night prior to sleeping. hope to repeat itself every night
3rd session at 5.00 am today, 4th at 6.45 am and 5th at 9.15 am, 6th. at 12.40pm and 7th. at 2.00pm
