i can now be classified same as a born again christian, instead, i am a born again muslim. my descent into godlessness started when i went to the UK for my higher education. this led to an irresponsible life for the most part of my adult life until my stroke. what a loss. now, i do pray and hope that ALLAH accepts my taubat(repent.

hand actingup

alhamdulillah, at long last, after more than 7 years, my affected left hand is showing initial signs of recovery.more tingling sore muscles, it would be interesting to see how this hand recovery progresses and how long it will take. mentally, i am allocating another year, up to october next year, wehen inshaallah i hope to be in RSA for my haj. all this is an outcome of more walking and COQ10, and of course , a more intensive supplication to ALLAH

fast versus patience

prior to my stroke, in my contacting life, my company, pigas, was widely known as a contractor who will execute jobs fast, the record being laying 1km. of 8in gas pipeline in a day.for 10 years of my life, speed was an essential part. post stroke, i have had to learn patience in every respect. i have to forget about instant gratification, just lay the groundwork and surrender to god to determine the outcome. it is a painful lesson, but something which i have no choice of because of my disability. the only consolation is that i have had the benefit of both methodology.

inefficiency in smi/sme logistics,

i observed that a majority of sme/smi's have a disproportionate amount of capital and operating expenses and time tied up in in-house logistics capability, capital costs and operating overheads of at least at rgt 2k ea at the very least. this inefficiency can be easily corrected by outsourcing their logistics function. smi/sme's would be better off to focus on their core activity of manufacturing and marketing

second wife

for a brief 6 months, i had experienced the joy and pain of a second wife,i would conclude that the joy is minimal , more pain and stress on top of cost, so it is not an efficient way to lead ones life , much better if you can find a wife that meets all the criterias. sex is overrated, peace of mind is much better

malaysian government transportation masterplan

progress fingers gripping

last night whilst lying in bed, waiting for my ishak prayers, alhamdulillah subconsciously i manage to begin gripping my fingers into a fist several times, i had to exert my muscles to achieve this, it was not responding to any instructions from my brain, it was a huge effort, now i have to do it every night hoping that 1 day soon, the instruction from the brain would be sufficient without undue exertion of the muscles.wonder how long it will take, anyway i have budgeted for a year, by october next year, inshaallah by the time of my haj.

whilst incapacitated by stroke i have had the pleasure of reading and rereading a lot of books and the story of walmart, UPS and FEDEX briefly storied in THE FUTURE IS HERE AND THE WORLD IS FLAT fuelled my desire to foray into the logistics and supply chain management business. it is a long journey, so ideal for my second son, ihsan from planet zog, we have now started under LMD , and inshaallah this long and ardous journey should keep me occupied till my dying days. what happened to me???

many times i have wrestled in my mind, of who among the two , i.e. iqbal feiruz khan or azeez rahim was the evil devil, syaitan. iqbal felt that i victimised him and thus his reaction was justifiable, azeez was the facilitator, so who???., the answer that came to me was that both were devil reincarnate, whose prime motive was the inflict of evil on others. would both go to hell??. i do not know, that is not within me to determine. the only thing i am certain is that surely people like iqbal feiruz and azeez will one day be 6 foot undeground just like all of us. only moral and advise to others that i can dispense is stay away from mamaks if you can, these people will sell their grandmother for earthly gains, surely ALLAH will take care of them, if not in this world, perhaps in the hereafter.

most of the muscles on the left hand side are very sore, had been pushing very hard on my walking, painfully sore but the good news is that the muscles are responding to my exertion, alhamdulillah

this year i have decided to stay away from open house except of those of my siblings. it is just too tiring,

what happened to me?

i guess it is about time that i address the above, here goes. sometime in oct 2000, my business partner,iqbal feiruz khan, a cousin of my wife, lodged a police report that i took money out of my company, pigas engineering sdn. bhd. without proper authorisation.
he then paid Dato johar che din,( the former selangor CPO who himself was afflicted by stroke) ringgit 200,000/- through azeez rahim, the current head of putera UMNO.( this was what 1qbal proudly told me). i was then arrested and charged with CBT.
it took me almost 3 years to have these charges dropped. of course, by that time, the company could no longer function and since then myself and family have gone through a living hell. alhamdulillah, i am still alive .
the above is in a nutshell what happened.

ANOTHER RAMADAN, HARI RAYA

ANOTHER RAMADAN AND HARI RAYA HAD JUST ZIPPED PAST LEAVING ONLY MEMORIES. THANKFULLY, THIS TIME RELATIVE TO THE PREVIOUS ONES SINCE MY AFFLICTION, RAMADAN AND HARI RAYA HAS LEFt a very happy IMPRINT in my THOUGHTS, AS IT HAD BEEN A VERY GOOD RAMADAN AND HARI RAYA.many pluses and hardly any negatives except of course the perennial exhaustion.

alas, herewith are the feel good memories:-
1. all throughout ramadan, my son no.2 had taken ramadan in his stride and every day dutifully fulfill his fasting and buying food from the ramadan bazaar for the breaking of fast, ramadan seems a breeze to him
2. together with my 2nd, 3rd and 4th son we departed home with a heavy foreboding with regards to the traffic, which proved to be wasted energy since the traffic to and fro was smooth. kudos to PLUS, it seems that after all these years, PLUS has learnt the lesson well.hopefully raya'S extreme gridlock is a thing of the past.
3. no.4 son COMING ALONG was a very pleasant surprise for me.ALHAMDULILLAH
4. my mothers happiness upon our arrival makes it all worthwhile. so just the simple things no need to shower her with any material baggage.
just the fact that all her children are back celebrating raya with her was good enough to minimise the sadness of another raya without her beloved husband, my dear father. alhamdulillah, alhamdulillah, alhamdulillah.


of course raya cannot be narrated without mentioning the joy of meeting each other, seeing the next generation ALREADY growN ANOTHER YEAR, visiting graves of our dear departed, the communal raya prayer and the hearty raya breakfast and of course finally visiting our dear relatives. it is all these social encounters and shared endeavours with loved ones, of course AT ALL TIMES minimising the encroachment of commercialisation which if lusted upon would destroy the very FABRIC of what raya should BE AND mean to us.

no progress with affected hand

whilst my walking can be considered ok now, my affected hand still refuses to show any encouraging sign, it has lain unused for more than 6 years. i am all at sea with regards to what to do about it

leaving pulau meranti

yesterday, i uprooted and left pulau meranti, it had been a most trying, almost 8 years, after what had seemed a great start,having built an oversized house and my family all back together after several years of separation as a result of madness by my wife and her mamak relative. alas, god has set a more challenging plan for me, my fate, whereby stroke afflicted me in july 2005 and my wife's batik business never really took off, though full of hype but without substance, financially it was a failure. outwardly, with shows, overseas trips for her and workshops, to the small mind, it seems to have succeeded. however, ultimately, business is about making money and not for show, it is easy not to have creditors or debtors, just do not do any business.for me, cash is king, hence the not so difficult decision to cash-in and seek new pastures. living in the kampung had been a great awakening, observing firsthand of how the jaguhs kampung were conned by UMNO, conned by the chinese abetted by UMNO and conned by the few among them especially those entrusted with authority by UMNO. the males , inevitably gravitated to jobs with uniforms, RELA, police, security guards, etc- can wear rayban and hassle indons and banglas lah. so, it wasn't exactly a sad farewell, it is sadness mixed with full of expectations of the future and a bit of fear of the uncertain future. Once again, wifeless and lonely, how could that guy sang alone again, naturally, being alone is not natural!!!.it sucks.

the end

body aching all over, the end is near, not saddle with a wife, setting up a future for the children, liquidating, smirking AND UP YOURS at banks , just perhaps a last hurrah, god willing. it had been a wonderful life, albeit with a lot of diversions . it had been a wonderful journey, living life to the fullest ,perhaps enriched with the pain and agony of the last 10 years. just maybe 2 more things to do, perform the haj and vote UMNO out.then i am ready
