the times they are a changing

in the more than 10 years since my stroke, the world has undergone major radical changes in a way that as I am approaching the end of my time on planet earth,the world ,I hasten, will be unrecognisable from the one that I ,lived in prior to my stroke. this new world is both exciting and daunting. the question I constantly asked myself is are my children prepared for it? and will they flourish in this future " NEW WORLD?"i believe and am convinced that the answer to both is an absolute YES.herewith are some events that needs pondering:- trump will be president of mighty USA. BOB DYLAN has won the NOBEL prize. driverless and electric cars will are a reality. uber?? AirBNB? google's queue buster ISIS? chinas migration to south east asia/Africa??? nighclubs closingdown globalisation and its decline? whaT world will the milennials live in?? I predict those espousing efficiency, deplores bigotry, and a simpler, honest life will flourish nothing to worry about, as mufti menk , my favourite preacher said, ALLAH created us, ALLAH WILL TAKE CARE OF US, BUT WE MUST USE THE BRAIN THAT Allah HAS CONFERRED US AND MY SISTERS POSTING, ALLAH NEVER TELL US TO WORRY OR STRESS OURSELF, TRUST ALLAH GOOD NIGHT

the rise and fall of the malays

alhamdulillah, my third son is safely back from leipzig , germany for his summer holidays, yeah, prof. ikhwan is doing great, syukur alhamdulillah, when asked of what is great about germany and especially leipzig, his instant answer is that there are not many malays and mamaks there and best of all, no UMNO. sounds like heaven on earth to me, mashaallah

roselle extract

Since 20th. october last year(2015), i have introduced to my body juice extracts from the roselle plant, 1 cup before breakfast and another one cup before dinner. the tally as of today(23rd. april 2016) is 234 cups . there were days missed consuming it, almost entirely due to my extract stock having ran out.
