it is ramadan, again

alhamdulillah, ramadan is here again. ramadan is tough for me. no smoking ,eating, drinking and sex. this time around, i will do my best and ease the difficulties with Allahs blessing ,guidance, and help, inshaallah

SSP Walking Teraphy

it has been a month of SSP Walking Teraphy. i am not there yet but certainly my walking is marginally better and there has been occasions when there has been irregular spasm in my affected hand. so ,still some ways yet, i would say at least another 6 months. nevertheless, most importantly my mental state is much better,especially with my crossword efforts, hopefully keeping dementia away.

8th stroke year

today is my 8th year of stroke affliction. alhamdulillah, i am still alive and slowly recovering. there had been so many lessons learnt, milestones and despair and desperation.

SSP Walking Teraphy

alhamdulillah, today my walking seems to be slightly faster and most importantly there is now some feeling at my shoulder blades area. i am very positive today, just continue with my SSP teraphy and patiently waits( a week, months, years, only god knows).

just maybe a microscopic improvement in the walking this morning, no development in the affected arm though. WTF, i am still alive, alhamdulillah.
