foreign workers

i have had experience employing foreign workers in my old company, pigas engineering. for each project we would be employing around 50 foreign workers, normally made up of half indons and half banglas.i have fond and good memories of these workers impressed by their sacrifice of leaving their homeland and coming to malaysia to earn a living. i make sure that they are well treated and it pains me when i hear of foreign workers being mistreated. these are fellow human beings, i pay them well and even promoted one each of an indon and bangla to be site superintendents and reward them with a jeep each. however the situation now in malaysia is alarming, millions pf them, while thousands of malaysian youths and graduates are unemployed, this is not sustainable. it just breeds corruption and is bad for malaysia, F UMNO , F THE GOVERNMENT
