recovery -update

almost ten years now and i am now walking (limping!!) with a bit more confidence, syukur alhamdulillah, full walking recovery is impossible, it is better not to expect that as expectations could lead to depression, so am just grateful that i am mobile. that is the good news, not very good news is that my affected left hand has stubbornly refused to show any sign of recovery, i do not know what else to do to revive it other than continue to be optimistic that one day, somehow, by the grace of ALLAH,it will come out of hibernation, main drawback is scratching hard to reach itchy parts, wherein i can only rely on my good right hand which has its limitations in reaching obscure itchy parts. )
