pre stroke, i was an ignoramus with regard to islam, save for the basic tenets and practices, i had led a very hectic lifestyle with very little time , perhaps none at all, reserved for islamic activities. alhamdulillah, post stroke , i have had the time and constrained by my physical disability , to immerse myself and understand better the precepts and concepts of islam, i have spent a lot of time listening to islamic lectures , reading up on islam and focus on my 5 daily prayers and make certain other prayers my daily practise. by doing all this, i now have a better understanding of the concepts of TEST BY ALLAH. i have many questions and accept that the only answer to all of my questions is PATIENCE (SABR).

life goes on

am still carrying on with my SSP Walking diligently every day, doing around a mile a day now at a much briskier pace, alhamdulillah, sadly though, my affected arm is still in hibernation, not much reaction, except for pain which subsides by evening, some say this is good. so, onwards with my SSP Walking , another 300 plus days for year 2014.
