just maybe a microscopic improvement in the walking this morning, no development in the affected arm though. WTF, i am still alive, alhamdulillah.

did my first round of SSP WALKING at 3 am this morning, blissfully , it was great, very encouraging, another 1 week it will be 1 month of SSP teraphy walking, i am excited of the possibilities

i am still ambling around, walking infinitisemally easier and occasionally have spasms in my affected arm, although nothing of significance yet,i just have to soldier on

after almost 2 weeks of my SSP walking teraphy, alhamdulillah, i can feel another incremental improvement in my walking, inshaallah, greater improvement coming soon. lots of muscles pain all over my affected side, good signs that things are progressing.it would be interesting to see what 1 month of SSP walking teraphy would bring, man this is exciting

losing the PR war

pre stroke, i was a rebel and non-comformist in my life, this was cute and fun then, but the downside is that it has led to reduction in my credibility thus always putting me on the losing side in any one to one confrontation. so, in everything i do now i would need a witness or matters documented. this should render useless any inaccurate slander and accusations thrown at me by bigots.
